Overseas Pre Wedding Barcelona: All Day Session
As an Overseas Pre Wedding Barcelona photographer, absolutely love when I get to do an all-day photo session! Having a full day to enjoy lets us relax and have fun, while making time for so many locations. Like this beautiful session with Rachel and Darius! 😀
Usually my suggestion for an all-day or two-day session is to spend half of the session time in Barcelona city. Here, we can visit gems like Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, the Gothic Quarter, Montjuic, etc! In 4 hours, think that we can reasonably see three to four locations. Of course, if we have hired a car and driver we can go a bit quicker and definitely see 4 locations with plenty of time! Think that we never want to be rushed; we want to leave enough time in each location to enjoy ourselves and take relaxed, natural photos.
For an all-day Overseas Pre Wedding Barcelona session, I usually suggest that the second half of the day be spent outside of Barcelona! There are so many beautiful little towns and coastal spots surrounding Barcelona. And after having spent the morning running around the city, it’s incredibly nice to visit a more tranquil location. It honestly feels like a mini-vacation!!
One of my favorite afternoon spots for an all-day session is the town of Sitges. The reason it’s my top pick is because it’s an adorable beach-side village only a 30 minute train journey from Barcelona! The streets are usually calm and quiet, filled with summer vacationers enjoying their gelato. There’s a gorgeous Cathedral set upon rocky jetties. The beaches are lovely at sunset when the sun falls right behind the town’s skyline. Cliffs jut out into the sea and make for amazing landscapes to photograph in front of. And the town center is historic and filled with Medieval architecture and cobblestone streets. So…why wouldn’t you want your session in Sitges!?!? 🙂
When planning your Overseas Pre Wedding Barcelona session, we’ll discuss your favorite locations and plan an ideal route unique for you two! And I’ll give you my input as a local here 🙂 So, let’s get planning!
