Barcelona Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot: Mini Session
For this couple’s romantic Barcelona Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot, we did a super quick 2-hour mini session. But when you have a couple as fun as Sherry & Herbert + beautiful Barcelona light, you can make pure magic in those 2 hours!
Sherry & Herbert are from Hong Kong, but while traveling to Barcelona decided to take advantage of these gorgeous monuments for their Barcelona Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot. We organized their session about 6-weeks before hand. I recommended them a number of locations around Barcelona like Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, etc. And eventually, we decided that sunrise on the beach followed by a stroll through the historic Gothic Quarter was perfect for them! Having two varied backgrounds like the beach and the Gothic Quarter’s architecture makes for a lovely and varied session.
For all couples looking to book a Barcelona Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot with me, there are basically two big decisions that we’ll need to make together for your session: where we’ll shoot and when we’ll shoot!
A mini 2 hour session like Sherry and Herbert’s are perfect for seeing up to two locations in Barcelona city. We can easily walk or take a quick taxi from the two locations depending on how far apart they are. Of course, depending on your preferences I’ll help you narrow down your choices through the many examples of sessions and locations I have photographed 🙂
Secondly, deciding the perfect time for your Barcelona Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot! Sherry & Herbert were up for challenge! So, we took advantage of the amazing sunrise light on the beach. Of course, this meant having Sherry’s make up done at 5:30am! Yikes! However, for anyone wanting to do stunning beach photos or capture the Gothic Quarter less crowded, I definitely recommend AM sessions.
